Problem with the map and moving

I've been trying to move around on the map but every time I click on the map, it jumps back and forth.  I even get the pop up asking if I want to move quadrants but trying to click the button causes the map to bounce but nothing else. 

Please help, I'm trapped in a tiny yellow dot!

Nevermind,

I found the problem, I was logging in from another site and it was making navigation tricky,  I logged in from the direct site and problem solved
